A Sustainable Development Coordinator leads this work, with oversight from management. We track our commitments regularly through feedback from travelers, staff, and partners.
Training Our Teams
Every team member is part of this effort, with at least 20 hours of training a year on responsible tourism — so they can guide our travelers well.
Evolving Our Ecosystem
We favor accommodations genuinely committed to sustainability, share a code of good practice with our partners, and push for continuous improvement — with zero tolerance for forced labor, child labor, discrimination, harassment, or sexual exploitation in tourism.
Supporting Local Communities
We design trips that put money back into the places we visit — local guides, cooperatives, and independent accommodations first.
For every confirmed booking
100 MAD
is donated to a partner association to support social or environmental impact projects in Morocco.
Respecting Our Destinations
Our itineraries are built to preserve natural and cultural heritage. We never offer activities involving captive wild animals, we favor local guides, and we choose more responsible transport — like the train — whenever we can.
Supporting Our Travelers
Every traveler can make a difference. Before departure, we share a Traveler's Road Book with practical tips for respecting local cultures, protecting natural resources, and cutting down on waste.

Sustainability means constant improvement. We track our commitments through regular feedback from travelers, staff, and partners, so we can keep refining our practices and deepening the impact of every trip.

Our Travelife Commitment
Our company has achieved Travelife Partner recognition.
Travelife Partner is the entry recognition level within the international Travelife sustainability programme for tour operators and travel agents. This recognition confirms our commitment to further improving the sustainability of our business operations through a structured sustainability management system and the implementation of recognised sustainability practices.
Travelife Partner recognition is awarded following an independent assessment based on the Travelife Partner criteria. During this assessment, our sustainability policy, objectives, management system, implementation of key sustainability practices and supporting documentation are evaluated against 60 mandatory sustainability criteria.
To maintain this recognition, our company is independently reassessed every two years to verify that we continue to comply with the Travelife Partner criteria.
Travelife Partner also provides the basis for progressing to the highest recognition level: Travelife Certified. This recognition is awarded following a comprehensive independent on-site audit based on the Travelife Certified criteria. This standard comprises more than 200 mandatory sustainability criteria and verifies the implementation of sustainability management and sustainability practices throughout the entire organisation.
